PSALTRY CASSAVA FLOUR AND STARCH RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients
90 grams Psaltry Cassava Flour
90 grams Psaltry Cassava Starch
1tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
60 grams cocoa powder
¼ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Psaltry Cassava Sorbitol (an equal volume of sugar can be substituded)
3 Eggs
160ml Milk
Method of Preparation
- 1.Preheat oven to 170 °C and grease your baking dish with margarine
- In a bowl pour sift together the Psaltry Cassava Starch and Psaltry Cassava Flour.
- Add the baking powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and whisk all the ingredients together to combine.
- Pour the canola vegetable oil and the cassava natural sugar into dry ingredients.
- Add the eggs and milk, and whisk all together till smooth and well combined.
- Pour into the greased baking pan and bake for 20 min @ 170 °C or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
